Terms of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Sale ("ToS") apply to all paid subscriptions to Bonjour Admin at bonjouradmin.com, offered by Keonwoo Kim. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, Merchant of Record. The customer acknowledges having read these ToS before subscribing to any paid plan.
Article 2 — Plans and Pricing
Free: €0 — limited access to basic features. Plus: €8 per week. Pro: €16 per month. Max: €32 per month. VAT not applicable (Article 293 B CGI). Prices in euros. The provider may modify pricing at any time; changes apply only to new subscriptions or renewals after the modification, subject to prior notice.
Article 3 — Subscription and Payment
3.1 Subscription process — Subscription is completed online. The customer selects a plan, enters payment information, confirms the order after accepting these ToS, and receives a confirmation email. 3.2 Payment method — Payment is processed via Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle is the official seller to the customer for payment transactions. The customer's bank statement will display "PADDLE.NET* BONJOURADMIN" or similar. The provider does not store any bank data directly. 3.3 Invoicing — Invoices are automatically generated and sent by email by Paddle at each payment due date.
Article 4 — Duration and Renewal
4.1 — The subscription is for the duration corresponding to the chosen plan (weekly or monthly). 4.2 Automatic renewal — Unless cancelled before the end of the current period, the subscription is automatically renewed for an identical duration. Per French consumer law (Art. L215-1), the customer will be notified of the renewal option by email before the renewal date. 4.3 Cancellation — The customer may cancel at any time from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No pro-rata refund will be issued. An online cancellation feature is accessible under "Cancel your contract" or equivalent wording.
Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal
5.1 — The customer has 14 days from subscription to exercise the right of withdrawal without justification (Arts. L221-18+ French Consumer Code). 5.2 Exception — The withdrawal right cannot be exercised if the customer expressly consented to immediate service execution AND expressly waived the withdrawal right (checkbox required). 5.3 Online withdrawal — Per Ordonnance n° 2026-2, the customer has access to an online withdrawal feature under "Withdraw from contract here" during the 14-day period. Refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
Article 6 — Legal Guarantee of Conformity
The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services (Arts. L224-25-12+ French Consumer Code). In case of non-conformity within 2 years of service provision, the customer may request conformity, a price reduction, or contract resolution.
Article 7 — Liability Limitation
The provider commits to delivering the Service with diligence. However, the provider is not liable for decisions based on AI information, the Service does not constitute legal or administrative advice, permanent availability is not guaranteed, and in any case, liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer in the last 12 months.

Article 9 — Personal Data
Payment data is processed securely by Paddle.com Market Ltd, PCI DSS certified. The provider does not store any bank data. For more information, see the Privacy Policy.
Article 10 — Mediation

Article 11 — Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
