Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Bonjour Admin, operated by Bonjour Admin (Keonwoo Kim). Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record.

Article 1 — Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any reason. To exercise this right, contact us via our contact page or email before the 14-day period expires. Refunds will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method. Exception: If you expressly consented to immediate service access AND waived your withdrawal right at checkout, this right may not apply.

Article 2 — Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. No pro-rata refund is issued for the remaining period.

Article 3 — Refund Process

All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To request a refund: 1. Visit our contact page and select "General Inquiry" 2. Include your account email and reason for the request 3. We will process eligible requests within 5 business days Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Article 4 — Legal Guarantee of Conformity

As a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services under Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. If the service does not conform to what was described, you may request conformity, a proportional price reduction, or contract termination within 2 years of provision.
