Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Use ("ToU") define the conditions for accessing and using the Bonjour Admin service at bonjouradmin.com ("the Service"). The Service is an AI-powered administrative assistant designed to help foreign residents in France with administrative procedures (visa, residence permit, CAF, CPAM, taxes, etc.). By registering for or using the Service, you accept these Terms in full.
Article 2 — Service Provider
The Service is published by Keonwoo Kim. Full contact details are available in the Legal Notices. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Merchant of Record).
Article 3 — Access
3.1 — The Service is open to any individual aged at least 15 years (per French data protection law, Loi Informatique et Libertés, Art. 7-1). Users under 15 must obtain parental consent. 3.2 — You agree to provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for your login credentials. 3.3 — The editor strives to maintain 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Article 4 — Service Description
The Service offers: AI chat consultation for French administrative procedures, document checklists, assisted French email drafting, deadline alerts, document interpretation, and community experience sharing. Some features may require a paid subscription.
Article 5 — AI Limitations and Disclaimer
The Service is an informational tool. It does not constitute legal, tax, or administrative advice. AI-generated responses do not replace consultation with qualified professionals or official French administrative procedures. AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. Users are responsible for verifying information with official sources. In compliance with the EU AI Act (Article 50), users are informed they are interacting with an AI system.
Article 6 — User Obligations
Users agree to: use the Service as intended; not attempt to manipulate the AI system (prompt injection, security bypass); not use the Service for illegal purposes; not systematically extract data (scraping); not disrupt Service operations; not impersonate others; not share false information in the community section.
Article 7 — Intellectual Property
7.1 — All Service elements are the exclusive property of the editor. 7.2 — AI-generated responses are provided for personal use. The editor claims no IP rights over content generated specifically for users. 7.3 — Users retain ownership of their published content but grant the editor a non-exclusive, worldwide, free license to use anonymized versions for service improvement.
Article 8 — Suspension and Termination
The editor may suspend or delete accounts for ToU violations, fraudulent use, AI manipulation attempts, or publication of illicit content. Users will be notified by email except in emergencies. Users may delete their account at any time.
Article 9 — Liability Limitation
The editor is not liable for decisions made based on Service information, does not guarantee accuracy of AI responses, and is not responsible for direct or indirect damages from Service use, to the extent permitted by law.
Article 10 — Personal Data
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible from the Site footer.
Article 11 — Modifications
The editor may modify these Terms at any time, notifying registered users at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Article 12 — Governing Law and Disputes
